New Camera!

Last weekend my WONDERFUL husband

bought me a NEW camera!!!! :)

He bought me a Nikon D3100 :) and boy

am I excited to learn it!!!

Before we left town on Sunday to travel home

we stopped at the Church and Alley that

we took our engagement pics at!

We had SOO much fun chasing Khy around.. lol..

......Easter Weekend!

Easter weekend we traveled to visit the In-Laws :)

We had so much fun.. and are STILL trying

to catch up from traveling! :)

Khy was such a trooper this weekend!

We were out at the lake almost ALL day

on Saturday and she did GREAT!

We let her hunt Easter eggs that evening..

and oh gosh! She was a hoot!!

She would shake the eggs.. and if

she didnt like the sound.. she threw them out!

Softball?????

We are traveling this weekend - to go watch

my wonderful husband play softball!!! :)

Im excited for a little get-a-way

and hope it doesnt get toooo hot on us there!!!

We will be back Sunday

just depending on if they win or lose how early/late :)

and then next weekend we are traveling

AGAIN...

to spend Easter weekend with the In-Laws...

They will be camping...

and Khy and myself will be staying Classy Style -

in the closest HOTEL!! HAHA :)

6mo for Maddiebug...

I still follow The Staats blog...

and when I get frustrated I just thank God for

all my time with Khyler...

today is Maddie's 6month birthday...

and in honor of her Khy Baby wore her ladybug overalls!!!!

This picture brings tears to my eyes!!!

I talk to Khy alot about baby Maddie.. and

this morning I asked her,

"Where is Baby Maddie at"

and I got this shot...

WOW.. is all I can say!!!!

Easter Pictures...

Last Thursday we went and took Khy's

Easter pictures! I left work a tad early - and swung

by and bought her a new dress and then we headed

on our way! When we got there... Khy was NOT warming up

to JRN or her assistant... She was NOT having taking pictures..

JRN Photography had to move onto the next person since

time was cruntched - being it was a mini session...

I chose to stay and let Khy get familiar with the area..

in case JRN could get back to Khy - even for a second..

BOY am I glad I did!!!! She actually caught a smile!!! :)

Busy Weekend!!!!

 Friday night.. the CIRCUS came to town...

Yup.. that's right - the CIRCUS

Khy had a lot of fun!

For this small town.. anything with a tiger is EXCITING! ;)

Saturday was ANOTHER

GIRLS DAY OUT!

We had so much fun!

We started off by eating at Roadhouse....

then went for Pedi's and did a little shopping!

We are going to try and do this once a month!! :)

I even found Khy some twinkle toes

at Shoe Carnival!!!

When I put them on her to show her...

she cracked up.. stomped her foot and cracked up again!

She still finds them funny!! HaHa.

Sunday... was the funnest day!!!

We got to see

SESAME STREET LIVE!!!

This is how our day started.. and had us a little worried...

We got to go an hour before and meet

two characters!

We met Abby Cadabby and Cookie Monster!

Khy did SO good! She wouldnt sit with them..

but she wanted to give them high fives

and she didnt even cry!! WHOO HOO!!!

Gotta LOVE her outfit.. it was a HUGE hit!

She looked ADORABLE.. :)

This Character was a HUGE fan of Khy...

she kept coming up to her and playing with her!

Ohh.. forgot to mention we had FRONT ROW SEATS!!!!

It was AWESOME!

Khy REALLY enjoyed it.. and was mesmorized

the whole time...

All we missed was our Kutter Bug..

he sure would have LOVED it!

And.. the VERY end..

she was SO tired!
